Kris worked with me to find a flight out for the next day as early as possible and at the best rate possible, based on the circumstances.. He spent a lot of time taking care in making sure everyrthing was correct and would work for my husbands schedule. My husband needed a flight out as soon as possible due to his father's illness and Kris understood the priorities of it all. He even checked him in and assigned a seat due to the circumstances. Kris was very professional and polite. Thank you for helping to make a very difficult situation better for us.
