they say they do better than others but they are far far from it. they constantly try to take more money for nothing much, figma gave much more. The only reason i post this review is because they sent an email saying how much they are better than others and than asked for money.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with UX Pilot has been extremely disappointing. I have used many AI tools for software development, UI/UX design, content creation, and automation. Unfortunately, UX Pilot has been the least reliable platform I have used. The biggest problem is stability. The platform often allows me to create folders, generate designs, and save my work. However, when I later try to reopen those same folders, the editor either gets stuck loading indefinitely, crashes, or becomes completely inaccessible. In some cases, Chrome eventually displays an error and the page fails to load. What makes this even more frustrating is that credits continue to be consumed while projects remain inaccessible. Over the past several days, I have been unable to reliably access folders containing completed work or export designs that I have already paid to generate. Initially, I thought the problem was caused by my internet connection while I was in Nigeria. I am now back in England on a stable high-speed connection and the exact same problems persist. This indicates that the issue is with the platform rather than my network. In my experience, UX Pilot may work for very small projects, but once projects become larger and contain many screens or dashboards, reliability drops significantly. The platform becomes slow, unstable, and difficult to use for serious professional work. I have contacted support multiple times and provided screenshots showing the issues, but the problems remain unresolved. As a paying customer, I expect to be able to access, edit, and export my work whenever needed. Until UX Pilot significantly improves its stability, project management, and customer support, I cannot recommend it for professional or enterprise-level UI/UX design projects.

I was initially hesitant to purchase a plan after reaching the credit limit on the free tier. However, after upgrading, I can confidently say it was well worth the decision. I was genuinely impressed by how AI can automatically generate UI designs and user flows with such precision and quality. The execution is exceptional and has exceeded my expectations.
