All Great and having a good time with them.

Absolute scam. Signed up for a trial back in 2024. Okish initial experience but then all my designs disappeared. Tried to add credits to see if there was some issue with the trial and they too disappeared. Now in 2026 I've just been charged for an annual subscription which I 1000% do not want and did not sign up for. Reading the reviews here it seems I'm not alone. The hoops Im having to go through now to get this reversed are an absolute joke. Stay away. Joke of a company.

I am deeply frustrated with UX Pilot AI. For the past two months, I have been completely locked out of my account and cannot log in. Despite this, the company has been continuously charging my credit card without my authorization for 2 months for a service I am not even able to use.I have repeatedly contacted their customer support at to resolve this issue and cancel any active billing, but they completely ignore my emails and have given absolutely zero response. This is entirely illegal and unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized charges and the permanent deletion of my account. Potential users should be highly cautious!
