Hey hi, we definitely don’t aim to give this impression, as transparency is one of our fundamental standards. Let us try to address this. If you have any suggestions, concerns, or questions, please do let us know. Subscriptions – The subscription indicates the level of access you have to the tool. On lower-tier plans, access is limited, while higher-tier subscriptions give you maximum flexibility. All the details are available here (https://uxpilot.ai/plans). Please note that each plan also comes with an associated credit package, depending on the plan you choose. You can always purchase additional credits, but the basic subscription already includes the credits listed in our plans. Cancellation – After cancellation, access is not removed instantly. Instead, you continue to have access to the tool until the end of your billing cycle. So cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, not immediately. I hope this clears things up.
