They rob me with 700 I would not trust this company it’s 100 percent scam I bought led flags and they were missing parts

My husband and I ordered a tire from youtvsource.com April 13, 2021. The tire was supposed to be shipped in 2 to 3 days, two weeks later it's still sitting in processing mode. We have tried for several days to contact them via phone, email and chat and cannot for the life of us get a response. No one answers their phones or emails. I feel like this is a huge scam. All I want is to know the status of our order and why it is still processing after all this time. It's extremely frustrating to realize that they took our money, yet we can't even talk to someone on the phone to give us answers. This place is a ripoff and a scam in my opinion
