Update #2: The order did finally arrive. Based on the packaging, and some little notes/cards in the box, I suspect that the company that makes the product is a small family run company that makes the product as orders come in. That would explain the extra long time it took to get the product. UTVSource needs to update their website on this product to let buyers know it will take longer to receive this. They also need to improve their customer service. I said that I would update my review to 3 stars if what Denis told me was true, which I have done. Update: I reached out via email to them again this morning and Denis got back to me right away. Says it's gonna ship tomorrow. Cautiously optimistic. If it does I will upgrade to 3 stars. I appreciate the quick response today, but I should not have had to go through all of these hoops to get to this point. Placed an order 9 business days ago. Still has not shipped. The website says "Quick Shipping" and most orders ship within 24-48 hours. It also says great customer service. Neither of these are true. There is no phone number and the chat feature on the website does not work. If you email them, it typically takes about 24 hours for them to respond and the last response I got was that the website says it takes 7-10 business days to ship, which is also not true. In one spot it says 24-48 hours and in another spot is says allow 5-7 business days.

Horrible horrible company. Customer service is non existent. They overcharged me for ball joints and going on a month and a half waiting for my upper a-arms and tie rods. It's like pulling teeth getting in contact with anyone. Honestly shocked this place is in buisness I wouldnt recommend this place to Hitler. Worst company ive ever dealt with

Ordered a roll cage for a rzr and paid the stated amount, including the extra oversized freight fee. They concted me asking for more money. It was a pain to deal with. Now on their anniversary sale, they claim to have 10% off the entire site but it's not the case. I put in the code and it only have a miserable $5 off from $193.58 total price. Always do the math and dont ever trust or use this site.This site is horrible. Customer service asked for the part number. Whybwould that matter??? My advice is to order directly from the manufacturer.

worst customer service ever. Order something then 20 minutes later found it cheaper so sent an email to cancel the order (like it says to do), never got a response, tried calling only got answering machine so sent another email to make sure they were canceled, got a response 2 days later that they already shipped. Had to pay restocking fee for something that was not my fault.

PURCHASED 1500.00 FROM UTVSOURCE. ONE 159.00 WAS WRONG. HAD TO DEAL WITH A RETURN SPECIALIST. (NEVER HEARD OF ONE) HAD THE SAME OL RUN AROUND AS ALL YOU OTHER ONE STAR REVIEWS. I HAD ANOTHER 1600.00 IN MY CART. YOU CAN GUESS WHERE THAT WENT. I REBUILD OLDER CAN AM X3"S. I'M ON MY FIRST ONE WITH 3200 SPENT. I HAVE 4 MORE TO GO. I'M GOING TO OTHER DEALERS.

I ordered some rocker switches for my utv that were on sale. When I received the switches, they were not what I ordered. I checked my order to ensure I didn’t make a mistake and I ordered correctly but they sent me whatever they had I guess. I tried calling customer service several times, no answer. I tried online chat, which was run by a chat bot that kept going in circles with no resolution to my issue. I tried emailing but that wouldn’t go through either. Finally I was able to chat online through messaging and after having to take several pictures to prove their mistake I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours to verify. Well I never received any verification so apparently I am out the $40, thankfully it’s only $40 and not thousands like other reviews I have seen.

Ordered 1.7k worth of parts. All came at different days intermittently. Was told a part was 3 weeks out after waiting for two months. Wanted to cancel this piece of the order but was given song and dance. This online store is not the manufacturer and doesn’t stock any of the parts. Seems like a third party with some software. I will never use this group again. I’ll go direct to the people who make the parts

PLEASE NOTE this review is in follow up to my initial review and the five star rating is limited expressly to the work product of Kelli Jurasky. The experience, overall was quite frustrating and after reading the reviews, it really seems that outside of the misrepresentations of stock and other indices reported by other disenchanted customers that their customer service representative, "Chel" should really find another vocation. ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COIN - I felt obligated to give a follow up review after receiving personal attention and expedited service from Operations Manager, Kelli Jurasky. Kelli took it upon her onus to correct all the egregious practices leading up to my initial review. I have since received the merchandise (in time for my son's birthday) due to Kelli's diligence.
