Terrible product underperformance for price point

I haven’t even received shipping information yet. It’s been over a week now

It showed up late with no tracking information. All good now.

First off this review is for my hero Ahmed who does why even he has to do to make sure everything's working properly and your happy. This man has more patience than most because I'm not the most pleasant person when I spend hundreds of my dollars and things are working to my expectations....He will most definitely be hearing this from my mouth next time we speak because he deserves it. I'm not gonna lie I've had a couple problem with orders being incorrect one product not working rite from the box. My first buy was the Utillian 8 dab rig and there were no terp pearls in the box I reached out got a response to look better and got aggravated that they thought i hadn't and I don't know why it never got resolved but I ended up buying them with the 15 dollar gift card I received as was the purchase promo at he time... I had alot going on and couldn't wait..🤷. I'm not sure what happened there but every other problem I've have was solved with me being more than pleased each time. If it wasn't for Ahmed and the compassion of Utillian the company, I wouldnt of purchased another item from them. This review is bout 3 weeks past due but I had family matter that prevented me from doing this on time but a review is a review....Also I just wanna say 2026 8 Turbo....my regular v8 gives dank smoke and this is meant to hit harder and the upkeep is cheaper?.... Might be my next purchase when the price drops. Thanks again to Utillian and Ahmed especially for all his patience with me.

Marvilyn made the process super easy and helped me promptly with my order. Thank you!

Marvi was very helpful and provided good information.
