I’ve mainly been a Puffco Peak Pro (PPP) girl but when several of my fave blogs rated the Utillian 8 above the PPP this year, I decided to see what all the fuss was about. There are several things about the Utillian 8 that I like just as much, if not more than the PPP. The flavor is better, the extract lasts longer, the atomizer doesn’t scorch as fast, half the cost, less mess. But the bottom of the ceramic bowl in the atomizer cracked mid-session 7 days after I got the unit. I’ve tried filing an RMA repeatedly and the website page just spins. I’ve sent messages to customer service with no response. Yes, $219 is a lot less than the PPP but I’ve never had one of their ceramic chambers just crack mid-session and I’ve certainly never experienced this kind of customer service. My experience started out amazing and then just flatlined.

Purchase two items from you guys sent several emails contacted you by phone during your business hours never received any call back and when I did, the woman was supposed to send me over the tracking number for the purchase that I made she never sent it and I’m still waiting my units I have not received them
