I was never emailed a tracking number for my purchase. I had to call and ask a young girl to email me the tracking number.

Product is amazing. I have at least three of their vaporizers and would/will buy new ones as they come around. Great brand. Customer service is ok to work with when and if you have an issue. Shipping is also lightning fast. Only area for improvement is follow-thru on some shipping notices and special offers they issue via email, that don’t match offers online.

I appreciated the discount at time of purchase& Shipped out quickly. Simple to use and clean. The mouth piece can get overly hot if you’re not careful with the temperature setting. This was a gift and overall I am pleased!

Offered me 10% discount on the upgrade model over web chat, when the 401 was discontinued. Sent me a link for the payment, easy peasy.

FYI I rarely give five stars. Four means very good, I’m happy with it, far above “acceptable” This is mainly about my purchasing experience. I found what I wanted online but had a couple questions. I opened a chat and Lisa was quick and answered my questions. She offered to place the order for me with a lower price. She stayed with me until everything went through. (She asked that I mention her name 🙂 so ok; this is all true and I’m writing bc I am happy with the experience.) As far as the vape goes, I like the 620 and I ordered the 621 so I can have different herb in each. It gets a bit hot in my throat so I’m trying the glass bubbler.
