Excessive return fees
The product was fine. The problem with the company is that they charge an excessive percentage of the cost of a roll to make a return of unused whole rolls of paper. I will hesitate to purchase again from a company with such a punitive return policy.

Our return policy does include a 15% restocking fee, which is actually well below the industry norm of 25-30%. This fee helps cover the cost of processing returns, and it's especially important with wallpaper since it's made in batches (lot numbers). Once rolls leave the warehouse, they can't always be resold into the same batch, so we work hard to keep the fee as low as possible while still maintaining quality and consistency for our customers.
