I've been a customer for a while and they used to be ok. Their first level screeners are not in the US (as their name implies), and trying to read from scripts. Terrible. However, if you're lucky enough to get through, they are less scripted - but lately getting less and less intelligent. Meaning each of them isn't getting less qualified, it means each time I call (once or twice a year), all the good ones are gone. Some businesses care about quality, at this point, that's been thrown out the window with these guys.

DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE DEAF OR HOH BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE TO SIT IN FRONT OF YOUR COMPUTER FOR HOURS AS THEY ONLY EMAIL OR PHONE TOO BACKWARD TO USE A TEXT REMINDER. SEEMINGLY IT'S BEYOND THEIR ABILITY!!!!!!
