Believe my problems were minor But I’ve learned if I don’t fix them, things get worse. So I called and was given Edguardo. I found the system is so much better than the previous company; it is much more professional and easy to use. They wrote down my issues and tackled them for me one after another. The technician again called me to see if there was anything else I needed and I was quite pleased. I really liked Edguardo’s approach. Unusual for today’s society; he basically said, tell me your problems and I certainly will fix them for you. Music to my ears👏
