Indian Techies claiming to be from Epson Printer company. Fake website, misleading old citizens Official Cutomer Helpline USA +1 (855) 971-7855 msonlinedesk that's what their website says Someone by the name of James, i know that's not real name though

I was talked into this service a year ago and never used it. Then I get a renewal charge in January, and I shrugged it off. then I get another 19.95 in February. I am fairly computer literate so I called to get it off. All I wanted was the system mechanic software I have been using for years to have the password manager that I am familiar with. Customer service IS Horrible, All they do is try to FORCE you into the subscription the will NOT listen to you. I had to start yelling at the guy that I was going to cancel everything if they didn't do what I wanted, Now I am going to have to find a better company, sad cause they used to be good now they just try to force feed you services

Consider this an addendum to my previous review of this company. These people provided Tech Support for my System Mechanic software. I stupidly allowed them to remote into my computer to help with problems I was experiencing. I had let them do it previously without any issues. This time they put a back door into my system, hacked my two laptops, got into my bank acccounts and credit cards. I had to completely rebuild my financial life from the ground up. I have filed a report about the entire fiasco with the FBI. Today I contacted them because they were trying to process an automatic payment for my System Mechanic software. I had tried several times to go into my account to cancel my financial information, but they have blocked me from accessing my OWN ACCOUNT INFORMATION so I could do that. So now I'm hurriedly trying to keep the payment of $19.95 from processing. Don't know yet whether I'll be successful, although I believe if it goes through I can recoup it via the card they charged it to. Fingers crossed. Trust me, you do not want to deal with this Tech Support group, they are thieves. And NEVER let anyone remote into your computer, no matter how trustworthy you believe them to be. HARD LESSON LEARNED.

A bunch of morons ! They took 1 month between each answers ! They can't find my account ! They can't open pdf files with account details !

Upon checking out there is a symbol saying that there is a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee. I brought it and contacted them for service, I was told to except a call back from a tech in 2 -4 hours. After 4 hours I called them to follow up, they told me due to extreme call volumes they have not had a chance to call me, and they scheduled a call back for the next day. Upon seeing that the next day I called them and requested a refund. They refunded me the monthly fee but not the activation fee. When I called them up they told me it would take 7 days to process. 7 days later I call them back and the representative tells me that the activation fee is non-refundable. When I requested he show where its written he said I should check my emails. I checked all emails received from them and it did not. I told him so and he told me it has to be. So now I am debating if I should dispute this charge.

My computer started running slow after update system mechanics. Had a tech try to fix the issue was told he fixed it but my computer was running even slower. Was able to do a system recovery to a date before I updated my computer and my computer started running like normal. 2 week later got an error message about the system mechanics , had a tech supposedly fix it and the next day couldn't start my computer. Likely I had backed up my work files at the end of the previous day. Had to switch to a different computer. Will not be putting my yearly subscription on this computer and they won't give me a refund on my remaining 9 months because it is pass the 30 window. They also were double charging me because when I switched to the yearly the kept charging me the monthly charge. I had use this company for years but the company than runs it now is not very helpful at all. All they do when you call in with an issue is try to sell you another one of their products. I would look elsewhere.

2 to 4 hour response time?!! Can't get a supervisor on the phone. Empty promises of "your issue is urgeny". Don't waste your money on them.01

Their website states a "30-day Money Back Guarantee." I cancelled their services within 1-week of purchase. They are now refusing to honor the money back guarantee. I find this firm very deceitful, and I caution others to be wary.
