I have been with ustech for over 10 years and in that time I have had many excellent techs work on my laptop. The technician showed how and updated my email passwords in the mail for Windows 10-Microsoft.

My wifi suddenly disabled while navigating on a website on my Dell laptop. I tried all the logical methods in Settings to enable wifi without any luck. Your agent named "Denmark" figured out that I hit the Fn key when pressing PrtScr which I have to do on my Dell desktop computer to activate PrtScr. Unfortunately, my laptop keyboard does not require pressing Fn to activate PrtScr, and if you do, it turns of wifi. Thank you for nothing Dell. Thank you for everything Denmark.

My computer was locked me out and could not or will not accept my password after re-booting! I could not reset password with the PC locked? The tech support person "Roy" managed to reset the pushrod using my different email address. All was resolved within 6 minutes!!I can now sleep knowing my world is not shutdown!!Thanks so much UStechSupport.
