Old customer here, I highly recommend this service. A fantastic and knowledgeable customer service and technician. They are hasslers but very polite customer service friendly. About the technicians it’s awesome and get things done in no time.

Low memory problems
Sudden notice of low memory this morning and the tech assigned to me, Julia R, did an excellent job of helping resolve the problem. Will still need to up the memory capacity and she gave me advice on what to look for and some other advice relating to a memory card. Very courteous, very helpful and helped resolve the problem for the short term. Everything should be better once I get and install a new memory card.

Victor C. did an awesome job of repairing our laptop. He couldn't get a joint hookup so he had to do a very ingenious process. He got us back on line and we are quite happy. Victor C. is a great asset to U S Tech Support.
