I had no idea what my problem was and therefor no idea how to fix it. Then their tech NATHAN THOMAS called, he was patient, knowledgable, and respectful and fixed my problem as quickly as possible. if all your techs are this good, your business will definitely be a success.

I have been using this product for over 2 years and it has always served me well. I was once infected with a virus and calling support was a great experience as they stayed online with you until you were completely satisfied with the functionality of your computer. it hasn't disappointed me yet. I know there's no 100% guarantee no matter what kind of program you get but I trust they have got my back. I highly recommend it.

I was skeptical about this product on my office and home devices but I use the one copy on my PC and it was easy to set up on another pc and my phone very happy.

Was having a problem with System Mechanic not working properly. Contacted a service tech in the evening. Couldn't resolve the issue. The next morning someone phones me. Had to try a couple of times because I thought it might be a scam. Ralph decided to uninstall then reinstall the program. This seemed to fix the problem. He did this on both my desktop and laptop(which is more than 10 years old). I asked Ralph where he was from. The Philippines where it was 1 am. This all took about half an hour.

I needed to renew my antivirus protection for my computer. Lucas Taylor, the Customer Support Agent, assisted me with this project. He was so helpful and answered my questions without any problems. He also noticed that many of my computer files were not protected, and the computer was running slow. He made some suggestions, which I found to be very helpful. I had a deep cleaning done on my computer by Don Lorenzo. I thank Lucas and Don for their excellent work...for their patience...and especially for their time spent assisting me.
