Alvin made my session terrific! Very smart guy with all the answers and ways to go about solving my issue. He is an enormous asset to your staff. I would refer to him as the top of the line technician. Very polite too.

The care and time spent during the technical support call was by far the best I have ever received in the 12 years that I have been retired (and requested tech help many times from several companies!

Efficient associates who are easy to understand - they don't use technobabble to confuse the client, rather they speak plain language that is easy to follow. I had to get my case bumped up to a secondary associate who was able to solve the problem in short order. The first associate was very open and honest with me about having to send me to a second associate.
