Not an authorized Sol-Ark dealer. Anything purchased from these shysters is a purchase at your own risk. Contacted the manufacture and they sadly stated that they can not support it since it was purchased OUTSIDE their authorized retailers. So Sad, that even the manufacture does not want to deal with these people. - RUN AWAY

I still haven't received my item
I still haven't received my item. Spent a ton of money in shipping and it still isn't here. Misleading timeline for delivery.

You won’t get you order
I order 6 inverters in February 2023. They said in stock. Then song and dance until end of May and only received 4. Now no returned calls from the owner Alex Cassilly. I am out $5400 dollars I am now finding multiple reviews that say the same. Partial orders

Fake 5 stars!
Entire order was damaged on arrival after being weeks late! Have been battling with customer service for weeks and still do not have all the damaged parts replaced. The 5 star reviews are fake! Look at how they are clumped together and similarly written.

Really poor customer service
I was overbilled. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for a mutually agreed upon refund. They actually did come through with the delivery even though it was very very late. Would never ever use them again.

Unfortunately there is no lower rating
Unfortunately there is no lower rating. Please do not believe the reviews. Do your own investigations. Take a look at business filings and licensure. Look at the dates of the reviews here, take a look at the address on google maps. I do not believe that is the warehouses being claimed. In my opinion this is only a screen and excellent WEB page design. The employes are clueless about your order or their inventory and they continue to advertise non-stock items even after finding out that they are no longer available. I had a terrible time and project delays due to their inability to even figure out the state of my order. I asked my bank to issue me a new cc because, I do not trust those guys.
