The pickup at their affiliate in Fontana was quick and easy. Bobby at US Solar really helped me through the order including getting me pallet dimensions to make sure i could easily pickup the order with my smaller pickup. A professional installer was picking up the same panels at the same time I was and said he uses them in many of his installs so that gave me some confidence that I made the right choice.
Response from US Solar SupplierJul 30, 2026
Thanks for the feedback. We're really happy the pickup went smoothly. It means a lot to get a vote of confidence from a fellow installer. Thanks for trusting us with your project, and we hope to help you again down the road.

No problem from my end. Communication was good, shipping was good. I would buy from them again.

One of the things I value the most when making any purchase on line is customer support. Unfortunate after the sale is made not many company stand behind their products to answer legit customer question or complain. Believe me I have been burned many time with this. With US Solar I have experienced not only good quality in their products they sale but are very fast resolving any legit complain.
Response from US Solar SupplierJul 23, 2026
Thank you for this. We know exactly what you mean; the real work can sometimes start past the sale. We're glad we could get your issue sorted out quickly. Thanks for trusting us with your project, and for taking the time to share your experience!
