Still waiting
Still waiting on something to ship that was ordered three weeks ago. Shipping is slower than slow. Look elsewhere if you want anything in a reasonable time

Hello Dan - I just personally took a look and it's out the door and tracking should have sent. I'll also follow up in an email. It looks like it fulfilled in our stated fulfillment window of 7-14 days - but we are at the mercy of the carrier thereafter! We'll be in touch via email.

Slow to provide product, poor communication
The item purchased took way too long to ship and arrive. The communication about the process was bad. When I reached out to find out where my product was, the information given was extremely vague and not useful. Not a good experience.

In your case, our records show the order was placed on September 10 and delivered on September 24, which falls within that stated window. That said, the communication along the way should have been better—and we take that seriously. We’re tightening our update cadence so customers get clearer, more frequent status notices from purchase through delivery. Buyer beware - terrible service
Find another vendor. Misleading, unresponsive, terrible service. I ordered an item which was shown as in stock. Didn't notice 7 to 10 business days to ship. Contacted support by chat and email to request ship date. No response. Contacted by phone this morning which is 10 business days from order date. Person was rude and could not confirm a ship date. The person refused to cancel my order even though they had not shipped and couldn't say when they would ship. Read all the fine print and expect your experience to be worse than that.

Where do I start
Where do I start, The panels I ordered online said it would take 7 to 10 business days. I call a month later because they didnt show up. The person I talked to said they had to look into it and blamed it on shipping. I waited and didnt hear anything back for 2 weeks, so I called again. That person said the same thing as the last one. Again waited for a week this time, finally got ahold of someone who really looked into it and found out the panels no longer existed at there ware house and no one bothered to take them off the web site. The gentleman apologized and upgraded me for Free. That was great but it took another month before the panels actually got delivered. I am happy with the product though.

Hello Michael - looks like this was processed and refunded per your request. The MPN/ Spec Sheet does state here the exact product being sold, but as it is part of a system, there was an image that showed it in tandem with its compatible parts. Glad we were able to resolve all, and so sorry about any inconvenience caused on our part!

You were late in shipping the product
You were late in shipping the product, and continued to ship the product even after being told to cancel the order. The package has finally arrived, after you were told to cancel the order, and is ready to be returned. Please issue an RMA and refund the purchase price.

Took over one month to deliver my part
Took over one month to deliver my part. $25 shipping and it took over 30 days to arrive. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever

Hi Jacob, we're sorry for the experience you had. This item is normally sold in case quantities of 20, but due to a system oversight, your order for a single unit went through. We had to break a case to fulfill it, which caused the delay—our mistake, and we didn’t communicate that clearly. You did receive the item, but we completely understand your frustration.
