Upon searching for a 24 hour access storage and finding one making the reservation calling the unit itself getting ready to go check in to confirm everything was as it said it was they told me they close and lock the gates at 10 PM when they advertise that they're open from 11:59 PM to 12 AM 7 day a week that would be 24 hours well 23 hours and 59 minutes

We have been searching for a storage unit the past few months and were very happy to find ExtraSpace Storage. I was able to reserve the unit size I was looking for right online and received a call the following day to make sure I was still interested. The man I spoke to was very courteous and answered all my questions, he also broke down the pricing to the penny so there were no surprises when we went to sign the rental agreement. In addition the location is easy to find, the hours to access the unit are great and the parking lot has good lighting.

My exerience didn't start out too well. It would have helped to know that the chain of stores were closed on Jan 1st and 2nd to observe the New Years holiday. The web site said that they would be open everyday other than Sunday. Luckily I went to check into my unit prior to having the moving company deliver my stuff to my unit and noted the piece of paper contradicting the web site hours for Jan 2nd and was able to rearrange stuff to store the extra boxes and furniture until the next day when the office was open. Since taking posession of my unit it has been a present experience, but then again it has only been a few hours since I took posession of it.
