I used them before they have great deals and a very safe storage building.

The facility is very easy to locate and is clean and well guarded. The young lady that helped me was very good and easily up graded me from a 5x10 to a 10 x 10 unit.

I had the best experience here. Needed a space last minute on Labor Day Weekend, Brittany accommodate our every need and then some. She was fantastic and I couldn't have picked a better storage unit. The space is well maintained and very easy to move stuff in/out. Thank you! extra kudo's for Brittany!

This facility has 2 huge banners out front advertising "First Month Free." Their webpage has a large homepage banner indicating same. A Google search produces this result for this business: "Howell Storage - Get 1 Month Free & 15% Savings - ExtraSpace.com‎" So I make a reservation. When I get there, I'm told the free month only applies to a few select units (not mine, of course). Then they add an outrageous mandatory insurance charge along with an "administration fee." The center manager was polite, but these policies are beyond his control. This has left a bad taste in my mouth.

The online review was simple. It was soon followed up with a phone call from Eric who encouraged us to inspect the available storage units to see whether a smaller unit would suffice. So we went out and inspected the facility and, yes, a smaller unit was good enough. However, the website does not disclose that USSelfStorage requires a $13/month insurance rider and charges a $25 administrative fee. The basic rate is in the general range of other storage businesses in the area. Had we more time to investigate others, we may have gone elsewhere.

Friendly and had to upgrade a size. Rented a 10X10 but really was only a 9X9 inside dimensions.
