Didn't like being forced to buy insurance

Very simple to use. I especially liked being able to filter for what we are looking for. We made the reservations at two places on Friday evening and received a call on Saturday morning to confirm and find out if we had any questions. I also liked being able to compare as prices for RV parking spaces vary widely.

I made my reservation online to shop for the best price, they had the best price for an outside access unit, so I booked it and showed up later with my stuff in my car. I walked in and all the people working here could not have been any nicer or more welcoming. They made you feel like you knew them for years and that your stuff would be well taken care of. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

This was a great experience for me. Getting the storage was fast and easy. The managers both were great help and the customer service was awesome. I would refer this location to anyone.

So far my experience with USSelf Storage has been perfect. All unit information was easily accessible and clear online. I found the best rate for the space and found the reservation process to be completely trouble free. I have no reservations in recommending this facility to anyone! Thank you for making a stressful time easier!

I was lied to about first month free. I was told it would be $34/month, but when I got there, it was actually going to be $44/month. We had to wait 30 minutes for someone to open the doors in the middle of the day even though they knew I was coming. They also require insurance to be purchased from them ONLY. It was a scheme and I felt lied to. I declined to rent a unit here.

Safe, clean facility with friendly staff.
