The experience was awesome! My sales rep called me to offer additional assistance and coordinated a time to meet with me at the storage unit. Was waiting for me when I got there and called me by my name. Walked me over. Answered all of my questions and make sure there were no surprises. Would recommend this place to everyone

Great Customer Service, Thank You

After placing a reservation, an employee called to confirm, which was great. Then he began to question me in a manner that made me very uncomfortable, enough to pay more to store somewhere else. He made me feel like 8 had done something wrong when all I wanted to do was store some totes. As far as I know, your not entitled to do tuat. Storage places are a dime a dozen, I don't need to deal with someone like that.

The office manger was great and website saved me a lot money
