Just signed up today, and so far, so good. The customer service was excellent. The place is spotless clean and easy to use.

I have never rented a storage unit & I really needed one fast. I made a reservation online & I was just about to call there & the woman called right away so I went to look at the unit & it was perfect so I rented it. The woman who took care of me was truly amazing & so helpful. This storage unit is in Riverdale NJ. I would recommend this storage place. All the employees there were so nice & helpful. It was quick and simple and within minutes they called me to confirm my reservations amd whatnot.

This is my first time using a storage unit and Tony was just so patient with tell me all the important details.

I'm not very happy right now with Extra Space Storage. I loaded up my car and drove a half hour to begin storing. I had the card in my hand that gave my code, but it wouldn't work. I even waited until I saw another car exit and knew the gate was working and then tried again. Actually, I tried multiple times and I could not access, although I paid and signed my contract yesterday. Waste of several hours packing and a long drive.

Anthony was extremely accommodating and informative. He had a customer service skill that is very rare and genuine. Will recommend more people to this facility in hopes that it will become one of the top places to trust in.

This was a very simple website to navigate, and the price for our covered rv parking/storage was by far the best in the surrounding area. We researched and called at least 20 places before finding this gem. We are very happy to have found y'all.
