This company was a good listing option until they started to charge an expensive "closing fee". Other MLS services do not charge this, therefore our company will not be using US Realty again.

I sold two homes using US Realty as my broker and saved thousands of dollars in commission fees. In addition, the fees saved allowed me to be a little more flexible in what I could accept as the contracted sale price. My property sale information was listed, as promised, on the MLS, Realtor.com, etc. If in the future I have any real estate to sell, I will most certainly list it with US Realty.
