If your gonna bid against a bidder because your company knows the reserve or trying to run it up...bidder should know it's your company not a generic random other bidder. We bought one property through your site but dont like it because of these practices. It would also be nice but not necessary to get financing for the Cash Only properties. We were winning bid on one property but lost it because we only had pre-qual letter. Very disappointed because it adjoined our perm residence

I loved the money I saved, but I had to make a lot of phone calls to get the paperwork I needed. The buyer’s realtor provided some of what I needed.

Overall, it was a financially successful arrangement that was confusing to maneuver and internal staff was not hat helpful. I had to call three time before someone explained my agents name and gave me his e-mail. Once I received it, I emailed person with no response. However, whenever I need the agent to sign a document, it occurred with 30 minutes, which was amazing. If you are willing to maneuver with some frustration, will save you many thousands of dollars.

Overall this system saved me a lot of money and got the realtors interested at half the commission. I also received follow up e-mails at appropriate times to help. What was difficult was getting e-mails from different addresses and for different things making it difficult to keep it straight. I was able but it was confusing. What would help is a cheat sheet that describes the process in one place. and not the legal document that is 100 pages of nothing.

After signing up for the service, weeks had gone by and finally a random person who came to an open house told us that they tried to call the number on the sign and put in the MLS listing and no information came up. I don't know how long this issue existed but it was very difficult for people to contact us in the first 4 weeks through the service because of this error.
