I'd recommend picking a different service

there is a feature in the MLS that allows a realtor to click a button to request a showing. Unless you specifically ask for it US Realty does not turn this feature on (it may be an additional charge). The problem is a realtor can click that button to request a showing but you will never see it, therefore you are missing opportunities for buyers to see your home. When I called US Realty about it they said it will not allow the realtor to click on that button, but that isn't true I had a realtor test it and I never received the request. I also requested an open house to be posted at one time, when no one showed about an hour into the open house I checked the website and the open house was not posted.

Upon researching the 2 matters listed. There seems to be a misunderstanding: 1. The MLS Showing button does present the office with an email of a showing request that is forwarded to the seller for free when a showing is scheduled by an agent – More details would be needed to understand what showing requests were made and not delivered to research this further – Additionally we do offer a product for purchase for creating advanced scheduling instructions in the MLS showing app, and yet it is not required for the feature to work for your property 2. The office has notes on your open house to be added to the MLS. The request was fulfilled and a PDF dated 6/7/19 of the MLS listing of the open house scheduled for 6/9/19 on the listing is in the file as confirmation. – More details would be needed to understand where the Open House was not showing to assess this further Feel free to provide additional details at the URL here: https://goo.gl/forms/AeSSOzr0W23pOaP13 It may be a brief phone discussion is needed to avoid miscommunications, if you desire. Ecellent Service and Price. Their model allows you to put your property on MLS and Realtor.com for $149 (the plan I use). Putting your property on MLS in critical to selling it.and paying a agent 3% to put it on MLS is not a good proposition. It is a commodity and should be priced that way; which is the way U S Realty does it. Put the extra 3% back in your pocket. Peter

This set up is very dishonest
This set up is very dishonest. You sign up with USRealty and your information is sold to other people. We've had terrible experiences with hundreds of unwanted emails. Plus, the person assigned to help us sell our home often did not return messages from area agents. It was HUGE MISTAKE to go through them. Run. You'll be terribly disappointed if you let these folks even have your email address.

We sold our home for one percent…
We sold our home for one percent commission plus their 395 fee. Their web site was easy to use. We took our own pictures. Our house was listed on Zillow, realtor.com, and countless other sites. Real estate agents did not like our house because of the low commission we chose, but our house sort of sold itself. US Realty saved us at least $9,000 and we are grateful!

I sold a large home by myself without a selling agent. I was able to control who saw my home, when they saw my home and made the most of interacting with buyers to demonstrate the home's features. Of course I saved $19,000 in selling agent commissions!

Did exactly what they advertised and more! Everything went smooth. It seems like they have one licensed agent/broker in each state who handles the paperwork. You don't know before you start who you are going to get. My guy was responsive and helpful. However, the other agent on the buyer's side was having a conniption fit because I had never filled in the electronic forms before and my agent wasn't in the room holding my hand. However, it all worked out and I saved a ton of money that I needed for my new home. I highly recommend US Realty as an excellent service for people who have the knowledge to price, list,market, and sell their own home.
