Roger was a great help and made my shipping problems go away with your company. I will use you all in future shipping. I didn’t get the run around and he did what no other company would do and wait until my car was picked up to get reservation fee ! Unbelievable service 5 stars and outstanding service

Roger made my vehicle shipping experience simple and stress-free. He was responsive, answered my questions, and kept me informed throughout the process. My vehicle was picked up and delivered within the expected timeframe and arrived in the same condition. I appreciated the clear communication and professional service. Overall, I had a positive experience and would consider using US Prime Shipping especially Roger again.

last minute price hike.. was told $250 to move car and when the day arrived it went to $750. I had put down a 100 good faith deposit and when I told them no and wanted money back they started all the BS of the contract i signed was an estimate. Beware of this company do not use !

Very good representative and so helpful to explain to rate and process step.
