US Prime Shipping LLCReviews of usprimeshipping.com

I would give a 0 star rating if I could. Total thieves. Give you a number and never deliver. Run away from them

Jerry was on it from the start . Got me the best deal and fast shipping! Thanks Jerry!

Worked together and it was a great experience. Jerry was very professional and great communication.

SCAMMMER. Will give you a low quote and than come back with a high one the day before

This is a scam. Bait and switch the day before. Refuses to give you back "reservation fee" I have already reported to venmo and filed a fraud report with the FTC. DO NOT USE.

If you need your car shipped and want zero stress, lightning-fast speed, and elite service, look no further than US PRIME SHIPPING. I posted my car, and they picked it up within 2 hours! I worked directly with Roger, who was absolutely incredible. He was extremely fast, highly responsive, and got to work immediately. He didn't waste a single second and dispatched a driver to me right away. On top of the unbelievable speed, their pricing was amazing! I had several other alternative companies calling me trying to get my business, but US Prime Shipping offered by far the best rate without sacrificing an ounce of quality. The driver who arrived was highly professional, polite, and handled my vehicle with the utmost care. To make a perfect experience even better, the car was delivered exactly at the promised ETA. No delays, no excuses, just flawless execution. THEY ARE CALLED THE PRIME FOR A REASON! If you want your vehicle shipped right at an unbeatable price, ask for Roger at US Prime Shipping. 10/10 highly recommend!

Beware Fraudulent scammers with no integrity! Absolute scammers. They collected my money and completely failed to pick up my vehicle. They explicitly promised both verbally and in writing via text documents that I was '100% protected' and guaranteed a full refund if they couldn't deliver or changed the rates. They didn't deliver, and now they are flat-out refusing to honor their own written agreement. These people don't just lie over the phone—they will happily put their lies in writing and then steal your money anyway. Completely fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs

I asked Nick about the large number of negative reviews regarding their pricing. His response, in short, was "every company haa some negative reviews, you cant believe everything you read" and its the big 2026, everyone knows how to get their money back if they try hard enough, but "good luck in your search, you'll need it".
