Dear Carole, We are sorry for the way you feel about our company. Our records show that your order was delayed for a week for it being out of stock. Our records also indicates, David, one of our managers did contact you and worked on scheduling you for the following week and you did request a later delivery window. Although, that was out of our time window, we did honor that time and showed up on time. We had to wait for you to arrive and that delayed all the orders after you, but we made sure to have the driver wait no matter how long so you get your item on time. We did try our best to service you on your time. We do offer warranty and we will contact you on Monday to replace the leg and get the screws you are missing.
