Nicole S.
Delivery was 2 hrs late, they did call and say they were going to be a hour late but it was 2 hrs. I bought a couch and a table. I had to assemble both of them. The table was easy to put together but was missing 2 screws (i went to home depot instead of calling and waiting)& I like my table. The couch looks nice but is super uncomfortable and I don't think will hold up very well and it is smaller than I thought it would be. Overall...lesson learn I will not be buying furniture online again.

Hello Nicole, We apologize for the late delivery and hope it was not too much of an inconvenience for you. The couch you ordered is one of our quite popular ones. The manufactures do offer an extended year warranty if it becomes too much of an inconvenience. We are sorry to hear your online experience wasn't up to par but give our office a call if there is anything we can do. -Yes Furniture Team

So far we love the furniture. I am curious to see how it holds up. Most of the stores were $1,000.00 and up for sectionals. So the Yes price was nice. It's a little light weight. time will tell about the durability.

Furniture ordered was damaged so I could not assemble it. It's been sitting in my house for a month and they still haven't picked it up yet.

Hello Pete, We're so sorry you have received a defective item. Unfortunately since our company can not inspect the items prior to packaging at the manufacturers we offer a 60 day manufacturer warranty for issues like these. We checked out your order and it seems that the last representative you spoke with was waiting on you to send some photos so we could resolve this issue. You are still covered under the manufacturer warranty, please call our office when time permits and we can discuss on how to go about helping you take care of this. -Yes Furniture Team

I wanted to order a couch that I saw somewhere else, that was no longer available. I had taken a picture of it and googled it and it came up on this site. I was grateful that I could find it. From the moment it was out of the box the ottoman seemed much softer (u sink into it) than the rest of the pieces. After putting it together, I was right. After about 3 months the couches lost their bounce so to speak, they started to sag (My previous couch lasted almost 7years!). Currently almost 10 months in, the cushions come apart from the set very often and I keep having to push the lounge part together. I have to say that even though delivery was late due to an "incident" on the freeway, the guy who delivered it was so polite and amazing! It was past 9pm, but he was great!

Hello Shanie, Thank you for your honest review, we appreciate it. Shanie, this unfortunately sounds like a manufacturer defect that we could have taken care of within our 60 day manufacturer warranty. Did you happen to contact a representative about this back in March/April of your purchase? -Yes Furniture Team
