Hi! How do I cancel the application and transfer to get a refund? Help guys :(

I also got scammed. You can tell it's a scam when they don't give you an official application number in the email they sent "confirming" receipt of your application. I can't believe google or big tech can't do anything about this. We gotta watch ourselves I suppose. Hence I'm writing this review. Edit: If you click on the search that pops up, you can see this company is actually a company located in Belize, with the name of ETAS Travel LLC. And the best part is that it is a company who's identity is "verified by Google"!!! Edit2: I reported this ad to google. They have acknowledged it and will (hopefully) take some action. I suggest anyone else who got duped by this company to also report to google so that they cannot show up as the first "sponsored" ad.

Not a scam but very misleading. They are a 3rd party agent who handles ESTA applications and basically charges you 4 times as much, without making it clear within the application process. I received a refund within an hour of emailing them requesting a cancellation.

Applied for ESTA on usimmigrationsupport.org since it was the first result on Google. Didn't realize that it is not an official site of the government. Uploaded my passport and all personal information. After confronting them I got the excess amount (97-21$) back and they assured to have deleted the personal information (did they?). Hard to tell what they are after - money or fishing for personal info, or both? Stay away, folks, and think twice!

Definitely a Scam, the problem is that this website is the first result that appears when you google ESTA, it was my first time doing it but sadly i fall because it seems so authentic! make sure the official site have the .gov they have all my information for safety i blocked my card
