Ich habe heute drei Visaanträge für meine Familie gemacht. Aber nicht gemerkt dass es nicht die offizielle Webseite war. Die Zahlung / kosten wurden mir nicht vorab angezeigt. Diese wurden erst bei der Bestätigungsemail offensichtlich. Ich habe jetzt versucht innerhalb von 10 Minuten danach eine Erstattung zu beantragen. Habe noch keine Rückmeldung ob sie durchgeht.Es war die erste Seite auf der google suche und sah sehr professionell aus.
Ich hoffe inständig dass ich aus Kulanz die Zahlungen zurück bekomme! Die Gebühr von 139$ für jedes Familien Mitglied sprengt total unser budget :/

Leider ein viel zu hoher Preis
Nachdem der Antrag abgeschlossen war, habe ich diesen hohen Preis entdeckt. Ich möchte von meinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch machen und den Antrag stornieren. E-Mail ist schon raus.
Das positive war, dass ich innerhalb von wenigen Minuten nach meiner E-Mail auch direkt eine Antwort erhalten habe. Meine Kreditkarte wurde nicht belastet und ich konnte von meinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch machen.

Yes I also made the mistake of using this website and I'm feeling a bit of an idiot. However I immediately emailed them to request the application be cancelled, citing their refund policy, and that I be refunded the full amount, which they did almost immediately.
Big lesson learned in checking the small print on websites.

Det er mulig å få tilbake «behandlingsgebyret» på kr 118$
Mannen min og jeg ble trekt 139$ for ESTA. Ble etterpå klar over at prisen skulle være 21$. Sperret bankkort, og bad banken om nytt.
Vi svarte på e-post fra U.S.Immigration hvor autorisasjonen ble sendt som vedlegg, og ba om pengene tilbake. Vi fikk beklagelse og løfte om pengene tilbake.
Et døgn etter fikk vi 118$ inn på konto.
Litt usikker på om vi skal stole på at autorisasjonen er gyldig.
Oppdatering: Har nå sjekket ESTA-registreringen på den officielle siden: esta.cbp.dhs.gov (https:// og .gov er tegn på at man er på den offisielle siden til US goverment)
og får bekreftet at den er autorisert.
My husband and I were charged $139 for ESTA. Later I realized that the price was supposed to be $21. Blocked the bank card, and asked the bank for a new one.
We responded to the email from U.S.Immigration where the authorization was sent as an attachment, and asked for the money back. We received an apology and a promise of a refund.
A day later we received $118 in our account.
A little unsure whether we should trust that the authorization is valid.
Update: I have now checked the ESTA registration on the official website: esta.cbp.dhs.gov (https:// and .gov are signs that you are on the official website of the US government) and it is confirmed that it is authorized.

Je confirme c'est une arnaque ils récupèrent vos données personnelles et photos de passeport ainsi que CB. Pour ma part je viens d'envoyer un message à la "société", je fais opposition à la carte bancaire, je contesterai tout prélèvement et je me dirige vers la gendarmerie. Mise a jour de l' avis, suite à ce post et a un mail demandant le remboursement, la société a accepté de nous faire payer le prix de l esta normal, n hésitez pas a réclamer.

NIET doen bij deze organisatie.
Hier een Esta gekocht omdat ik dacht dat dit de officiele site was. Toen ik mijn creditcardgegevens bekeek was er ruim 120 euro gereserveerd. Een Esta zou ongeveer 46 kosten.
Het zat me niet lekker en ben ik verder gaan zoeken en kwam hier een review tegen. Ook direct gemaild om te annuleren. Binnen een paar minuten al bevestiging van annulering en betaling was ook al geannuleerd op creditcard. Dat dan weer wel. Maar hier dus geen esta aanschaffen, je bent drie keer zoveel geld kwijt.

This company/website is a third party NOT the US government. They will charge you over £100 for an ESTA, if you go directly through the US .gov government website you will be charged £16/21$. I made this mistake and after contacting the company via email (usimmigrationsupport) they have cancelled the transaction and have said they will not be charging my account.
Summary,
Expensive, but honest in returning the money after contact was made. Company seems legitimate and trustworthy, but their service is very expensive.
