Taking advantage of people who are unaware of the US VISA process and cost, this company shouldn't exist.

Charged NZD $200 for ESTA. I thought it was the legitimate as I have never needed to access anything related to the USA. I just clicked the google sponsored ad that came up and went through the application. Luckily earlier in the week I had been looking at the actual ESTA site and noted it was only $21 USD (this is only $34NZD). When I got charged $200 NZD to complete the form and then a tiny disclaimer popped up at the bottom of the page to say it was NOT associated with the US govt I finally realised! I contacted them and they did give me a refund. If I hadn't done prior checks I definitely would have ended up paying WAY more than needed. This feels morally wrong.

While their service is legal, I would characterise this service provider as dubious. Their site design resembles that of the US Government, and they add a discreet disclaimer to cover themselves. However they could be said to exploit inexperienced travellers - this time a member of my family. To their credit, they did later provide a refund.

This website looks like the U.S. ESTA website and its questionnaire is very similar, but the main difference is that it does not inform the applicant that it charges 5 times the official cost of the visa. Instead of paying the sterling equivalent of USD21, it charged over GBP76. It offers nothing more than the official ESTA website, so avoid using this or any other third party website, you’ll gain nothing hut lose a lot of money.

I also fell for it!! So cross with myself. In the short term, I thought the whole site was a scam, given the cost and a few other give ways such as the email confirmation. I have now disputed the cost with the bank and cancelled my credit card! I want my money back. I am also concerned about the security of my passport and will be renewing it!

It is inconceiveable that Google has this website as a Sposored website. IT IS NOT THE OFFICIAL USA VISA APPLICATION WEBSITE !!!!! Stay away
