NEVER use this website, SCAM & 139 dollar fee!!
NEVER use this website, 139 dollar fee. WRITE AN EMAIL BACK, STATING THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL THE ESTA APPLICATION IMMEDIATELY. If you do that, you will get the money refunded.

Ask for a refund and it can work
The website is not exactly a scam just a service that has a high fee for doing what the US ESTA version will do for $21. However , if like me , you fell for it all is not lost. It does say they have a refund policy and they are true to their word. I wrote and asked for a refund. They said that as my application was going through they wil only charge me the $21 as per official site. So I cannot complain about that.

Missvisande! Insåg inte att det var en inofficiell sida, och att jag betalade någon för att skicka in all den info jag skrev in. Det hade alltså varit samma jobb för mig om jag använt den officiella sidan. Jag borde dock sett infon som stod längre ned på sidan, men man är ju snabb att klicka vidare...

Massive scam
Massive scam, looks just like the US Government website, charges over £100 for a £20 visa. I've emailed them asking for a refund, let's see if I get one.

I discovered too late that they charge…
I discovered too late that they charge a lot, instead of 21 dollars. however, for refund, you can forget. The emailaddress on their website is not working anyway. no way that you can reach them.
