I've used USHUD.com in the past and will be returning to them for 2019. Each time I've converted a handful leads into Closed Transactions. However, there is a small song & dance about the types of homes that the buyer is looking for. The buyers wants "a Deal" a Fixer Upper (Foreclosure or Short Sale) and then opt for something that is Move-in Ready!!! Because they "think" HUD is a great way to go, until I open doors to Vacant Foreclosed homes, find out how much money out of pocket is involved, how much work needs to be done before they can move, or that their lender will not finance the home in the current condition. The success rate in reaching a live person is low but as is any business it is a numbers game. USHUD has met my expectations of what they said they would deliver.

I was able to get a live person who was interested in purchase a home with FHA. The loan closed two weeks ago and I have spoken to others wanting to get pre-approved. You have to be diligent and call as soon as the lead comes in.I have been using the program for about 9 months and can tell you that it has more than fulfilled my expectations. I have learned a lot over this period and with your guidance, I have developed better ways of connecting to the clients (in the end isn’t that what it is all about). You and I have discussed some of the pitfalls and some of the dynamics of the program, which has been most helpful. Particularly having someone like you to “bounce” things off of and learn from YOUR experience. Overall, I would describe my experience with ushud as very good. You just have to put the work in and they provide many suggestions on how to do just that. Great company to work with. Great company ! Great leads! Excellent experience so far. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you once again for sharing some of your time, As usual, you were informative, helpful and thorough in explaining how I can make my experience even better and how to get more out of the program.

Don't waste your money on this. The leads are forced. 95% of the ones we contacted either had no interest or said they had to give the information to get access to the sites. Also I was mislead about the additional free items they through in which extended the contract. Do not use this service.

Absolutely a scam! Stay away from them. Against my better judgement, I decided to give them a shot because the sales woman that I spoke with Jennifer to me that I would close at least one per month, I didn't even get a lead (good, bad or otherwise) for over two weeks of my first month. When I emailed and said that I wanted a refund they had a manager contact me who said he was extending my contract through September (did not happen) he was going to make sure I got good leads (he did not). They are on to their next victim now. $300 spent and not one workable lead out of the 4 they sent over a month span. Not to mention the fact that they are just terrible in general with customer service and the website is bad. Lessons learned.

Robocalling scam artists. Called from (980) 819-4964 which is a fake number. They offer nothing of value for real estate brokers so I suggest do like me and hang up.

They will make you a lot of promises then avoid trying to fulfill them. This was the 2nd time I tried their service and I cannot believe I fell for their sales line twice. This time they assured me that they had made changes in the way the leads were captured so that the phone numbers/emails have been authenticated. NOT TRUE. After failing to provide what they promised, they kept extending out the contract time but a longer period of time does not make the service better. From January to May there were 28 leads sent but NOT ONE was viable. Save your money.

I would question the validity of every single good review, that's how bad my experience was. They make themselves completely available before you sign the contract and absolutely disappear afterwards. The grossly under deliver on their promised amount of leads and ultimately state they never guaranteed leads the only guaranteed a website with web presence. Will make you go to the ends of the earth to get out of the contract and precharge or credit card. Extremely poorly run business and a complete 1000% waste of my time and money
