USHUD.comReviews of ushud.com

The service that HUDex provides has been a great experience. Heather made the setting up process very easy and understandable for me and my team. Once we had everything set up, we started receiving good quality leads instantly! We were shocked at how much detail would come through with the lead. That really helped us out when making that first connection. We would recommend HUDex to anyone looking to build their business. They have done a fantastic job for our business. Thank you.

great experience!! please see my video review!! UShud will not let u down!!

As a professional in this industry for close to two decades. Hands down the best company in advertising and lead generation business I know of and the only one that I would recommend is USHUD. The mortgage business is not for everyone but from calling my share of leads I feel better calling USHUD leads. I know they have not been beaten up by a bunch of different loan officers all fighting over the same lead.

I'm a loan officer who has been calling on these leads for about a year now. It's plain and simple, you have to call and follow up with every lead and it works. Whatever effort you put in you so get in return. I'd recommend to all lenders!

I accept only 90 days and they say that I renew their service in a phone call. to continue charging 3 more months. Your leads didn't work. They offered me a free website that they later charged a great charity to my credit card without authorizing them to charge me and today the General Manager called me to threaten to put me in collection because I canceled the payments from my card. Well, they will not accept to stop taking the money from my account. The website does not work and they took the money snow as if I agreed to renew their services. The receipt and the terms were for 90 days and he says that then it would be month by month but the general manager says that by a phone call I agreed to renew 90 days that I did not accept.

My contact is Kevin Walp and he explained everything to me in detail before I joined and I can't think of him enough for reaching out to me!! In less than 30 days of being with USHUD I have 1 home under contract and 2-3 clients that will be purchasing in the next 2-4 months. I have been flooded with serious buyers. I would recommend joining the team if you have the opportunity!

Not what they advertise....I had requested a 3 month agreement because the pricing was different and I was told they will also build me a site (I told them I had one already) however I was told it would be link to the site and site would not be available for 5 to 7 days. After I receive the site they wanted more money to advertise the site so I ask to cancel. 2 months and I will do 1 month instead....I was told by Josh ..No they do not do refunds (this was not stated in our original conversation) they refuse to refund any money and the leads they provide are people the hud foreclosure and people who are just searching the internet, they do not answer phone, text or their email....worst company I have ever work with.....Be warned ...There is no refund and they will not tell you that until you realize it is not for you that is when they rudely let you know they are not giving back the money and it is your fault after you pay them.

SCAM. I should have done more research prior to signing up with this company! Not only do they not provide quality leads, they charge you longer than agreed to and tell you extending an additional 3 months is “at no additional charge”. Trying to get a refund now. Please stay away from this company. I will also notify the BBB
