Both Katlyn and Jennifer were very nice, responsive to my many questions about prior and current conversion numbers using this platform in this area, and helpful so far with beginning the process. I am hoping to get some great leads soon on this new lead-gen platform. I am excited!

I’m over a week into this service and have yet to receive the first lead. I was promised 8 highly qualified leads in the first month. Not looking good.
Response from USHUD.comMar 2, 2026
We completely understand how that can feel — when you’re expecting momentum right away, a quiet first week is frustrating. Leads often come in waves rather than evenly day-by-day. Monthly projections (like the 8 qualified leads discussed) are based on overall traffic patterns within the county, and timing can vary early on. That said, your account deserves attention. Please reach out to our Member Services team so we can review your campaign, confirm everything is set up correctly, and give you a clear update on what to expect next. Our goal is to make sure you feel confident and supported — and we’re here to help.
