Hi Madison, Like our website explains we don't test for allergies which is why our test and your previous allergy test don't match. As our name states we test for intolerances. Hope this clears up the issue.

Hi Phillip, Sorry that you haven't received your results. As per the email that you would have received confirming that the sample was received by the lab we always ask that if you haven't received your results within 72 hours to email us. Please email us so we can resolve this for you.

Hi Vicki, I'm sorry that us not sending a kit out for our tests to keep the cost of the test low so they can be available to as many people as possible has angered you enough to leave us a 1 star review. All this infomation is on our website before purchasing also so we are very clear to everyone about how we work. Again sorry you feel this way.

Hi Josue, If the samples were in separate envelopes then we have no control over the mail service and it is most likely that the sample has got lost on its way to us. Unfortunately the mail is the only part of the process we have no control over so we can't answer the question how it's possible you would need to speak to the mail service you sent it via. Take care
