Hi Jody, This is the 2nd review you have left about not getting a kit and this is the 2nd time we are telling you that we don't send a kit as per our website and all confirmation emails. Hi Sheila, I do apologise i have had a look and can't see that we have received any emails from your self so i do apologise. I can see your results were sent early October so please check you junk folder and if they haven't fallen into there please email us at [email protected] and we will happily resend your results.

Hi Allison, Thank you for your review. As per the website and confirmation emails we don't send a test kit out for the tests. Please feel free to email into us for help on how to proceed with the test.

Hi Nicole, As per the confirmation emails you would have received, the "how it works" section on our website and the other reviews below where people have asked for their kit, we do not send a physical kit for the tests. Hi Lynnette, We have replied to every single one of your emails and also resent your results several times i am sorry if you haven't been getting them or if you can't find them in your junk folder. I will resend them again but if you could re-email in maybe with an alternative email for us to try.

Hi, As per the confirmation email sent on order completion, the "how it works" section on the website and the other reviews below which we have answered we don't send a kit out for the tests. We don't seem to have received an email from you either asking for help prior to this review so i'm sorry leaving a review before speaking to us for an answer was how you felt this had to be dealt with.
