I purchased the food intolerance test out of interest, and although it did reveal ome foods I had already suspected were culprits, I found the results to be quite general. Easy enough to do and prompt delivery, but I would have liked to see more tailored recommendations. Customer service has friendly but took forever to respond to my email. It's an okay product overall—helpful but not groundbreaking. 3-stars for being helpful but too general.

I sent my sample in over a week ago and have yet to receive any results and have both emailed and messaged the company more than once either no response. I honestly wish there was a phone number I could call. I am kinda disappointed with the service as I was really looking forward to my results but I honestly feel like I won’t even get them. Update: thank you for replying! I do hope I receive my results today!

It said that I wasn't lactose intolerant and I know that I am. That fact made me question all of the results.

Sorry that this item has caused doubt in the results. We are very confident in our results but understand that like with all test there is room for items to not hit the certain triggers to flag up. The test provided quick results and they were easy to read. In terms of accuracy, it might be best to follow up with your doctor, an ENT, an allergist, etc., and have them run an IGG or IGE panel for food/environmental sensitivity. I started with an IGG panel and then did an IGE panel; both panels were way under 200 items, so doing a hair sensitivity test seemed like a great way to add onto those results. Unfortunately, the US Food Intolerance test didn't match any of the allergens on the IGG or IGE panels; the only item that was on all tests that showed a sensitivity/allergy was shrimp. Otherwise items that were positive on the blood panels didn't show up on the hair test. Allergens and sensitivities are tricky, so I do recommend doing a second hair test to help confirm your results, or spend time doing some blood panels with your doctors.
