This test helped me so much ! I found it to be accurate with my allergy tests. I was told to avoid all raw fruits and vegetables, this test helped me narrow it down to the ones I should avoid or moderate. I found this test very helpful and interesting.

Not accurate I had food allergy/intolerance testing done through a local Allergy and Asthma center earlier this year, because I was having reactions to certain foods. There are many discrepancies between this test and that one. Many of the foods (and trees) the Allergy center showed reactions to, this test says no reaction. This test also said my iron levels were normal, but a blood test from my PCP done the same day I mailed the hair samples, shows severe anemia. I should have done more research before ordering this test, as many sources say hair follicle testing is not accurate for testing.

Sorry that you aren't happy with our test results. We do fully believe in our tests and the results they show but they will not match to any allergy test as we don't look for allergies at all, only intolerances.
