I waited a couple of weeks after my results came in because I wanted to test the test. I took their notes and removed everything in my diet to which I have a sensitive reaction. There were some difficult things there. I had some things I never eat, and then somethings I eat often. i.e. Garlic and Tomato. I also want to mention I have no allergic reactions to anything that I know of. Since phasing out the sensitive food from my diet I can say that I have had SIGNIFICANTLY less headaches. I actually didn't notice at first. It wasn't until I went to reach for the advil for my wife that I had not taken any in days. I am the guy that cycles through Tylenol and Advil to regularly handle my migraines. This is an absolute breakthrough for me..
