Ms. Salena Hall was fantastic in helping me learn how to access and navigate the APP process. Without her guidance I would have gotten frustrated. Her instructions and explanations were clear and her patience allowed me enough time to grasp the important points I needed to learn. I left our session feeling confident that before long I'll be getting contracts.
