Emerlee Trevino has the ability to take a complex situation and simplify it in a matter of minutes and sometimes seconds in terms of verbal conversation description/s. She is absolutely a god send in terms of giving us the right answers when we are confused and scratching our heads. USFCR is blessed to have this wonderful asset as a team member!!

Emerlee Contacted me last week, and answered all of my questions that I had. He was very personable, knowledgeable and always return my phone calls or emails through this entire process. She was great to work with!

Well, I'm not sure I understand this process very well. I kept asking questions and kept not understanding the answers I got (and I didn't always get answers from people I was emailing) however, I just kept getting emails and following directions and it appears to be done. Pretty lengthy process. But not super painful.

USFCR resources (esp Salena and Angela and Jimi) have been knowledgeable and flexible and have bent over backwards to work with me in getting set up and running. The APP Learning Center is quite extensive and valuable to beginners and pros alike. I look forward to their cooperation and guidance in accessing federal contracts.
