Customer Service was Superb! Emerlee T. made this process effortless and was so kind.
Here at Smith Construction, we have been in business for 25 years, but never done Federal Contracting. We have experienced the most helpful young lady named Emerlee Trevino who has gone out of her way to help us. She was so patient and kind to us in every regard even when we asked "silly" questions. She literally walked us through the whole process and stopped to explain on each step if/when needed. Everyone needs an "Emerlee" on staff. We liked her customer service...it was TOPS...SUPERB!

Hello, I have a non profit 501 (c) (3) . We have been awarded a USFS RAC grant in Oregon. I am new to filing forms with the federal government. I also made a couple of mistakes. I accidentally followed the path of a non profit contractor. I also paid the fee of $599 . I contacted John Freed this morning ,he was very helpful and friendly.
