Early bird gets the worm! They are on it!!
I got off to a slow because I joined and had something come up, and if it wasn't for my team at USFCR, Emerlee, Gary, Katlin, and now Frank. I would be lost, Emerlee is picking up my slack, I should have some funding this week which will get me much needed admin. help in my office and it I am looking forward to jumping in with both feet!! Thank You!!

Had issues with updating SAM for…
Had issues with updating SAM for months. Was getting nowhere with the government trying to get the issues resolved. Keep sending me to websites and people who were not helpful in getting me the information I needed to update our registration. Very frustrating. Contacted USFCR and within several works our SAM registration was updated. Great experience.
