Kim Deakley is one of the most responsive, effective, customer friendly and supportive consultants I've encountered. Kim is very proficient, she gets the job done, stays with you until it's finished and hand holds the unfamiliar through the process. I give Kim 5 stars for customer service and the ability to solve problems and find solutions for problems and all at the same time remain delightful, patient and also extremely supportive throughout the process for any problem, question and inquiry that I may have. She responds via email or a call back right away and solves the problem on the spot. This is called leadership at its finest.

Emerlee Trevino was a pleasure to work with. Kept everything on track and only asked me to provide a couple documents. Much easier than trying to complete the registration process myself.

The reviews on this page are fake. The company is a fraud. Do not believe the people on here. They will take your money and do nothing for you but tell lies. I was definitely a member and they are a fraud. See they still telling lies.

Robert, Nina,Thomas,and Michelle are wonderful. They helped me gain more knowledge in the federal contracting space and while dealing with them, they opened my eyes to another company who scammed me out of money knowing I was not able to get a certification yet. Usfr is a great company to work with and will help you every step of the way!! I recommend them to ANYBODY trying to get into this space!

Zakia Wilder was the most diligent and helpful person I have worked with in 3 months of trying to solve an issue with GSA. She quickly understood what I needed and solved the problem in a matter of days.
