A GREAT Job and very Professional
Emerlee did a great job for us - this was all very new to us and quite daunting if we had had to do this ourselves. Luckily we had Emerlee and she kept us informed as to how things were progressing right to the very end. We were very lucky to have her!

Wonderful to Work With
Our Case Manager is very efficient and wonderful to work with. Her communication with our company is always top notch and we are very grateful that she keeps us up to date on all aspects of our registration process. We have absolutely no complaints with this company.

Does nothing but complicate and cost
I have been trying to contact our Case Manager for over a week, and we have been trying to renew since May. They tell us there is nothing they can do to expedite the process, but since I cannot get ahold of anyone, I can't even get a statement saying as much to present for an audit THIS WEEK. I have called and emailed my case manager, the main number, even the case manager's supervisor....infuriating.
